ACCOMMODATION RULES IN HOTEL
We are pleased to welcome you to our hotel.
And in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, please read the following rules.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Al-Firai Hotel is located at the address: Republic of Dagestan, Makhachkala, st. Dzhigitskaya, 10 (hereinafter - the Hotel) and is a means of accommodation of citizens (guests) for the purpose of rest, intended for temporary accommodation for a period agreed with the administration when booking and check-in.
These Rules establish the order of booking, accommodation and services, and are mandatory for all persons temporarily accommodated and staying at the hotel (hereinafter – the guests). Our site does not keep any user payment details. High-quality online payment gateways are used for payment, making them as secure as possible. As a result, online booking is reliable and secure.

WORKING HOURS:
The operating mode is round-the-clock.
The reception is open around the clock.
The administrator can be contacted around the clock by phone +7 (928) 985-07-65 or through security.

BOOKING
Advance booking (hereafter – reservation) - request for accommodation sent to the reservation department via telephone, fax, e-mail, official Hotels’ website or online booking channels.

Booking cancellation is accepted in writing (fax, e-mail) or verbally (by phone).

The booking guarantee is considered as full or partial (minimum one night) payment for accommodation service.


Guaranteed booking - the type of booking that is held by the Hotel until the check-out the day after arrival. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior the arrival date or no show the fee in the amount of one night room price will be charged to the Guest.
In the case of being more than one day late the guaranteed booking shall expire Non-guaranteed booking - the type of booking that is held until settled by the Hotel time and is canceled in case of no show.

Non-guaranteed booking (without prepayment) is canceled at 15:00 p.m. arrival date. After 15:00 p.m. accommodation might be provided in case of available rooms. In case of guaranteed booking (prepaid) accommodation provided at the hotel according to the reservation and Hotels’ regulations. Guaranteed booking is not to cancellation until 12:00 a.m. on the day following the date of arrival.

For booking, the guest is obliged to inform the Hotel administrator of the exact data on the length of stay, the type and number of rooms for accommodation (the required number of beds in the room),information about the persons who will be provided with accommodation and accommodation services, including confirmation of this information with documents at check-in by providing a passport or other document issued in accordance with the established procedure and confirming the identity of guests, as well as for young persons the birth certificates should be presented, foreign persons should present their migration documents (migration card). The guest is responsible for reporting the false data or failure to report the necessary data.

In case of advance booking, the Bill paid by the guest for accommodation in the Hotel is a document confirming the reservation and contains information about the number of persons to check-in, the date of their check-in, the date of check-out, the type and number of rooms booked.

If you want to change the room category upon arrival, inform the administrator at the reception.

Refunds in case of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation (an advance payment was made) by card takes up to 45 business days and depends on the work of partner banks. But it usually happens within a few days.

Booking a room on a specific floor and with a certain view from the window is not provided. But you can leave suggestions that we will take into account, if possible.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
The Hotel is intended for temporary accommodation within the period agreed upon by the parties. After agreed accommodation period, Guests are required to vacate the room.
Guests wishing to extend their stay must notify the Hotel no later than three hours before the check out time and extend the stay by signing the guest registration card with a new departure date at the Reception of the Hotel. Extension provided to availability.

In accordance with 21st paragraph of the RULES FOR PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, approved by RF Government Decree No. 1085 dated October 9, 2015 Guest must provide a passport upon the registration at the Hotel.

Fill in the submitted documents, pay for accommodation and receive a guest card. Driving license is not an identity document for registration at the Hotel. When making a registration in the Hotel an agreement (registration card) between a Contractor and a Consumer is signed by both parties. The agreement must contain:
а) Contractor name & information on state registration;
b) Consumer information;
c) Room information;
d) Room rate;
f) Period of stay at the Hotel;
g) Basic terms of accommodation and fire safety.

Guests’signature on the registration card is consent to the personal data processing, awareness with fire safety rules and Hotel regulations, acknowledgment of all room & extra charges as a personal indebtedness. For minors registration accompanying a person authorization document (birth certificate, custody over the child etc.) is need.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
In the absence of advance-booking services are paid in accordance with the
Price list in force at the time of payment.
Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in rubles in cash.
For stays of no more than one day (24 hours), the fee is charged per day.
Extra bed in the room will be charged according to the Price list.
Children under 3 years old stay free of charge without a separate bed. A carry cot is available free of charge.

Check-in time is 14:00

Early check-in and extension of accommodation can be possible with the consent of the Hotel and subject to availability for an additional fee.

Early check-in from 00:00 to 06:00 am is charged as 100% of the room rate.

Early check-in from 06:00 to 14:00 is charged as 100% by the hour. Accommodation provided to availability.

When a guest arrives late re-calculation of the price of the services is not made and money cannot be returned.

Check—out time is 12:00

In case of delayed departure of the guest, the accommodation fee is charged in the following order:
• from 1 to 6 hours after check–out time - a fee of 50% of the cost of a day's stay;
  • from 6 to 24 hours after check–out time - payment for a full day of the room of the confirmed category.


Payment for accommodation is charged by check-in. Accepted way of payment:
  • Cash;
  • Credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, UnionPay, American Express, MIR);
  • non-cash payment to the hotel's account In accordance with Chapter 2 of Federal Law 178 of 17.07.1999. "On state social assistance" benefit-entitled citizens are given discounts of 20% on accommodation.
List of beneficiaries:
  • Heroes of the Russian Federation and the Soviet Union, full knights of the Order of Glory
  • Participants of the Great Patriotic War.
  • Disabled person of group I, II and their accompanying persons.
Discounts are not summarized. In case of several discount reasons the basis for large discount is applied.

HOTEL POLICIES
If the guest of the Hotel notifies about the delay, but there is no 100 % prepayment, guests are provided with accommodation on any free places with the deduction of the fee for any no shows and without paying any compensation and the difference in the cost, in the absence of free places - accommodation is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

To shorten the duration of the reservation the guest should notify the administration no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure. In the absence of notification, the administration has the right to withhold an amount equal to the cost of the night.

Settling in the room, the guest is obliged to examine the room and other property located in the room, guest house (cottage), including furniture and appliances.

The absence of claims of the guest means taking at his disposal rooms and other property in satisfying condition and of good quality. If there are claims when taking the room, guest house (cottage) the guest is obliged to immediately inform the administrator, in this case, defective (out of order) property is replaced.

The guest is obliged to hand over the equipment, furniture and appliances in their original condition. In case of breakage or loss of the guest is obliged to pay
In case of breakage or loss of the guest is obliged to pay In case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel, compensate for the damage in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation.
The amount of compensation is determined in accordance with the current property prices immediately.

At the guest's request unauthorized persons can stay at the Hotel from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., subject to registration with the administrator on the basis of an identity document.
After 11 p.m., the guest is obliged to pay

Guests are not allowed within the Hotel: 
  • Smoke in the room;
  • Smoke indoor the Hotel;
  • Keep animals and birds in the room;
  • Photo and video shooting without the Hotels’ permission;
  • Self-repair of Hotels’ equipment;
  • Gain access to various utilities of the Hotel;
  • Rearrange the furniture in the room;
  • Take out towels, bedspreads and other property belonging to the Hotel outside the base;
  • Guests who have the right to carry and store weapons by the nature of their activity are required to submit documents certifying this right at the request of the Hotel administration.
Obligations of Guest:
  • Take care of the property of the Hotel;
  • Keep quite in the room & public area of the Hotel from 11.00 PM till 7:00 AM;
  • Do not disturb the other guests of the Hotel;
  • Consider Security and Reception instructions;
  • When leaving the room turn off a tap, close the windows and door and hand over a room key to the Reception of the Hotel;
  • Pay all room & extra charges upon the check out. In case of a temporary departure with no notification and no prepayment Guest loses the right of accommodation;
  • Observe fire safety rules in the Hotel;
  • Notify Hotel’s Reception of guests staying after 11:00 PM and make an extra payment;
  • Observe the Hotel regulations;
  • Be responsible for accompanied minors and do not leave them unattended

Rules of accommodation and internal regulations:
  • in case of violation of the rule on the prohibition of smoking in the room, the Guest is obliged to pay for general cleaning of the room at a cost of 5,000 (five thousand) rubles. The cost of general cleaning is included in the total bill. In addition, the Hotel has the right to terminate the provision of hotel services unilaterally;
  • to compensate for damage in case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The amount of damage is determined by the Hotel administration on the day of damage detection. Parking cars is made in strictly designated areas in agreement with the hotel administrator. The hotel is not responsible:
  • for work of municipal services, including for emergency and other power outage and as a result of water supply and heating;
  • for violation of terms of rendering services and (or) for shortcomings of the rendered services if such violation or shortcomings arose due to fault of the guest and (or) owing to force majeure.
  • for the things left by guests, sports equipment on the territory of the Hotel and near the rooms or for the safety of property left in public places ;
  • owing to the loss, loss of guests money, other currency values, securities and other precious things during the stay at the Hotel;
  • for the loss of other valuables of the guest in the room, in case of violation of the order of residence; in case of detection of loss of personal belongings from the room, the guest must immediately notify the administration.
  • for any independent changes of the hotel accommodation conditions by the guests, resulting in additional costs;
  • in case of early arrival of the guest to the Hotel;
  • for the life, safety and health of minors during their stay at the Hotel (legal representatives of minors bear such responsibility);
  • for possible inaccuracies made in brochures, booklets and other literature and sources that are made without its participation and are used as auxiliary information materials;
  • for hospitalization of the guest, the Hotel doesn't bear the costs of such hospitalization as well.
The Administration reserves the right to:
  • call the police in case of violation of public order and rules of residence, as well as terminate the service agreement unilaterally without compensation for the cost of paid services, and collect a fine from the offender in the amount of 30 000 rubles.; 
  • the right to refuse extension of stay in case of violation of hotel policies, late payment of services or causing material damage to the Hotel by a guest;
  • limit the use of premises in cases of fire alarm, smoke, fire, flooding, and in case of violation of the Hotel policies, public order, the order of use of appliances by the guest or guest's absence after the deadline for check-out.
The administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of accidents, smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation of the present rules of accommodation, public order, the order of use of household appliances. In case of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, provided by law.

Book of comments and suggestions is at the reception and is given upon request of the guest.
In cases not covered by the present rules, the Hotel and hotel guests are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

At 11:00 am local time, the room should be completely free.
At the end of the agreed period of stay and the time of check-out, the guest is obliged to vacate the room and leave it in good condition. Check-out of the room is made after the inspection of the room by an authorized person from the Hotel, by taking in the keys to the room administrator.

The guest is obliged to hand over the equipment, furniture and appliances in their original condition. In case of breakage of furniture, malfunction of equipment, loss of inventory or smashing the dishes the guest is obliged to pay in full according to "Price list for property damage" (at the administrator). Administration reserves the right to keep the cost of the spoiled (damaged) property according to the "Price list for property damage" from the amount of security made upon check-in, in this case, if the amount of security is not enough, the guest is to pay the missing difference no later than the day of check-out (departure).

After check-out the guest must leave the Hotel or pay for the stay at the Hotel with the consent of the administration and subject to availability.

In the case of absence of the guest after the time for his departure (check-out) from the room, the administration has the right to create a Commission, open the room and make an inventory of the property located in the room. All property left by the guest after the deadline for check-out from the room, is subject to removal from the room, the guest is responsible for the property on their own. The administration can take responsibility of material values in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents, but this is not a mandatory obligation of the administration. In this case, these items must be stored for 30 (thirty) days, after which they can be transferred to the police.
HOTEL FACILITIES
  1. There is a telephone inside each room, dial 100# on it to call the reception
  2. Room cleaning: daily or by prior request to the administrator.
  3. Change of bed linen and towels: once in 3 days or upon prior request to the administrator.
  4. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. It does not require a password to activate it, just log in using your phone number.
  5. Near the reception at our hotel there is an organized area with a computer where you can work, scan or make copies of documents.
  6. Services for the provision of places to park cars.
  7. Cleaning services and maintenance of public circulations.
  8. Provision of first aid kit.
  9. Assistance in calling a taxi, ambulance (providing information about telephone numbers).
  10. Provision of hotel lighting, protection of the hotel, electricity and water supply; the Hotel is not responsible for an emergency power outage (and as a consequence – water supply and heating).
  11. We can provide a shuttle service for our guests.
  12. Our hotel cooperates with a trusted travel agency that provides excursions from one day or more.
FIRE SAFETY
Distinguished guests!
We ask you to strictly comply with fire safety:
  1. Do not use faulty electrical appliances (coffee pots, irons, boilers) in the room. If electric appliances failure is detected, inform the administration immediately.
  2. Leaving the room, do not forget to turn off the electrical appliances.
  3. It is forbidden to cover the included floor lamps and table lamps with objects of combustible material.
  4. It is forbidden to bring and store explosive, fire-explosive and fire-hazardous substances and materials in the room.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to use open fire and smoking accessories in the hotel building, including evaporators, as well as use gas equipment and use fire extinguishing agents for other purposes.
  6. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. When smoking, please do not throw the unextinguished cigarettes in the urn-ashtray.
  7. It is forbidden to use fireworks, firecrackers on site without permission of the administration.
  8. It is forbidden to use candles, sparklers in all areas of the Hotel.
  9. It is forbidden to leave matches, lighters in places accessible to children.
  10. If you find a characteristic smell of burnt wire insulation or other smell of burning, immediately inform the administration.
  11. If you arrived at the hotel for the first time, try to remember the location of the exits and stairs well and familiarize yourself with the evacuation rule.
In case of fire:
  1. First of all, stay calm and don't panic!
  2. When the fire alarm is activated immediately, without panic, move towards the nearest evacuation exit. Do not take baggage with you.
  3. If you are a witness of a fire, contact the hotel administration immediately.
  4. If there is smoke in the room, move to the exit by crouching or crawling. Smoke and gases rise up.
  5. Leave the room, close the door tight and move to the nearest fire exit.
  6. Follow the emergency exit signs.
  7. Never use the elevator

  • the right to refuse extension of stay in case of violation of hotel policies, late payment of services or causing material damage to the Hotel by a guest;
  • limit the use of premises in cases of fire alarm, smoke, fire, flooding, and in case of violation of the Hotel policies, public order, the order of use of appliances by the guest or guest's absence after the deadline for check-out.
The administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of accidents, smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation of the present rules of accommodation, public order, the order of use of household appliances. In case of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, provided by law.

Book of comments and suggestions is at the reception and is given upon request of the guest.
In cases not covered by the present rules, the Hotel and hotel guests are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

At 11:00 am local time, the room should be completely free.
At the end of the agreed period of stay and the time of check-out, the guest is obliged to vacate the room and leave it in good condition. Check-out of the room is made after the inspection of the room by an authorized person from the Hotel, by taking in the keys to the room administrator.

The guest is obliged to hand over the equipment, furniture and appliances in their original condition. In case of breakage of furniture, malfunction of equipment, loss of inventory or smashing the dishes the guest is obliged to pay in full according to "Price list for property damage" (at the administrator). Administration reserves the right to keep the cost of the spoiled (damaged) property according to the "Price list for property damage" from the amount of security made upon check-in, in this case, if the amount of security is not enough, the guest is to pay the missing difference no later than the day of check-out (departure).

After check-out the guest must leave the Hotel or pay for the stay at the Hotel with the consent of the administration and subject to availability.

In the case of absence of the guest after the time for his departure (check-out) from the room, the administration has the right to create a Commission, open the room and make an inventory of the property located in the room. All property left by the guest after the deadline for check-out from the room, is subject to removal from the room, the guest is responsible for the property on their own. The administration can take responsibility of material values in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents, but this is not a mandatory obligation of the administration. In this case, these items must be stored for 30 (thirty) days, after which they can be transferred to the police.
HOTEL FACILITIES
  1. There is a telephone inside each room, dial 100# on it to call the reception
  2. Room cleaning: daily or by prior request to the administrator.
  3. Change of bed linen and towels: once in 3 days or upon prior request to the administrator.
  4. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. It does not require a password to activate it, just log in using your phone number.
  5. Near the reception at our hotel there is an organized area with a computer where you can work, scan or make copies of documents.
  6. Services for the provision of places to park cars.
  7. Cleaning services and maintenance of public circulations.
  8. Provision of first aid kit.
  9. Assistance in calling a taxi, ambulance (providing information about telephone numbers).
  10. Provision of hotel lighting, protection of the hotel, electricity and water supply; the Hotel is not responsible for an emergency power outage (and as a consequence – water supply and heating).
  11. We can provide a shuttle service for our guests.
  12. Our hotel cooperates with a trusted travel agency that provides excursions from one day or more.
FIRE SAFETY
Distinguished guests!
We ask you to strictly comply with fire safety:
  1. Do not use faulty electrical appliances (coffee pots, irons, boilers) in the room. If electric appliances failure is detected, inform the administration immediately.
  2. Leaving the room, do not forget to turn off the electrical appliances.
  3. It is forbidden to cover the included floor lamps and table lamps with objects of combustible material.
  4. It is forbidden to bring and store explosive, fire-explosive and fire-hazardous substances and materials in the room.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to use open fire and smoking accessories in the hotel building, including evaporators, as well as use gas equipment and use fire extinguishing agents for other purposes.
  6. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. When smoking, please do not throw the unextinguished cigarettes in the urn-ashtray.
  7. It is forbidden to use fireworks, firecrackers on site without permission of the administration.
  8. It is forbidden to use candles, sparklers in all areas of the Hotel.
  9. It is forbidden to leave matches, lighters in places accessible to children.
  10. If you find a characteristic smell of burnt wire insulation or other smell of burning, immediately inform the administration.
  11. If you arrived at the hotel for the first time, try to remember the location of the exits and stairs well and familiarize yourself with the evacuation rule.
In case of fire:
  1. First of all, stay calm and don't panic!
  2. When the fire alarm is activated immediately, without panic, move towards the nearest evacuation exit. Do not take baggage with you.
  3. If you are a witness of a fire, contact the hotel administration immediately.
  4. If there is smoke in the room, move to the exit by crouching or crawling. Smoke and gases rise up.
  5. Leave the room, close the door tight and move to the nearest fire exit.
  6. Follow the emergency exit signs.
  7. Never use the elevator
